Awesome workout. After the warm-up I did 2 x 2 mile repeats at 10K pace. My first two went 6:03 and 6:11, a mile jog in between, and the next interval went 6:04 and 6:14. Ran a few miles to cool down.

Weird run. Had to keep my HR under 120 bpm. Made for a slow run.
