| I wouldn't have called these easy miles, but they weren't marathon pace, either. I pushed a low 7 min pace with the last 2 under 7 min.

| Solid run this morning with Scott and Reed. Started off very comfortable and easy just over 8 min pace for the first mile, then decreased gradually until we hit just above a 6:45 pace and maintained it for about 3 miles (miles 7-9).

| Nice run with a little wind. Finished my last mile at 6:41 pace, and still felt strong.

| Went for a solo 13 this morning. Felt strong and smooth. This will be a great run to build off of.

| Lunchtime run from Adobe to Mitchell Hollow Park and back. Gorgeous day. This was a pretty lax run since I am planning on a fairly big brick workout tomorrow.

| Short run as a second part of a brick workout. Biked a little over 60 miles with Jared and Zack, then knocked out a few miles.

| We're getting the band back together!! Had seven guys on our run this morning, and loved having Matt (our ring leader) back with us. It was the exact kind of 10 mile recovery run I needed after the 60+4 brick that I did on Saturday.

| Probably a bit too long of a run considering the race this Saturday, but it was fun to get out with the guys.
