Solid run this morning with Scott and Reed. Started off very comfortable and easy just over 8 min pace for the first mile, then decreased gradually until we hit just above a 6:45 pace and maintained it for about 3 miles (miles 7-9).

Sounds like you are running real well. How's the biking and swimming going?

Overall the running is going well. I'm feeling a little bit in my leg, but not in the same place as the stress fracture. Been rolling out my IT band a lot. I've gotten much better at swimming over the last few months. We'll see how that goes at the St George half. As for biking, I'm much stronger as well, I just need more time on the bike.
