Out and back from work down the Murdock Canal trail. I was moving pretty well on the way out, only to figure out that I had a strong tail wind. When I turned around that tail wind became a head wind a slowed me down significantly.

Don't you love when you feel like you are just having an on day, only to turn around and realize it wasn't really you at all? It really makes coming back feel awful. Nice run.
