Looks like a good solid week to get your legs back. Does the SF still bother you? Even though I could run after 6 months, mine hurt for about 2 years before I didn't notice it at all any more.

Yes, I can still feel the SF. It's no where near the same kind of feeling. It was pretty painful when it was diagnosed. I've been doing some leg strengthening to help it out. I was diagnosed the last week of July, so it has been 6 months for me so far.

Haha. Going well. Slowly ramping up the miles, and the leg is responding well. Which is a great sign after 6 months of dealing with it. Taking today off from running because I'm doing a cycling test for my HR zones and wattage output, but will be back running tomorrow, followed by a long comfortable ride on the bike.
