Easy 10 miles with Scott Keate, Reed Seamons, and Mike Nelson. Started off at a very easy clip with 3 miles at 8 min pace. By the end of the 10 miles, we were down to 7:26 pace. Still very comfortable.

You're building your running nicely. When are you going to start the tri training for your IronMan?

I've already kind of started. I have the St George Half Ironman the first weekend in May. With the new baby and everything, I'm trying to work to a level where I can at least finish the race.

That's coming up soon. Good luck. I've been doing a lot of swimming and biking lately myself.
