| Mid-day run in the significant heat. Was doing an out and back, and was going to do 10, but the heat got to me.

| Run up and down Provo Canyon. Solid pace uphill and downhill.

| First 20 mile run for me this year. Started at slower pace and continually increased speed. Run through Highland, Alpine, Cedar Hills, and Lehi. Ran with Matt, Nate, Mike, Reed, and Chris. I was a little slower, so I got dropped roughly half-way through. We had some nasty climbs and a headwind as we headed east on SR-92 to the mouth of AF Canyon. By mile 16 I was pretty spent. My last 4 were just under 8 min. |

| Started off slow, then sped up the pace for the last half of the run. Legs were still tired and a little sore after that 20 miler on Saturday.

| Jordan River Trail run with Chad. Started off at a faster speed than anticipated and decided to slow up. Maiden run in my Hokas. I really enjoyed them. They were very comfortable and much more responsive than I had anticipated.
Had a big cardio day. Got a 1 mile swim in after the run, and a 33 mile bike ride after work.

| Was solo on this run, and to say that my legs were tired on my run this morning, is a complete understatement. First mile was at about 8:42 pace. I thought I wasn't going to make it. Ended up being a decent run slightly slower than 7:30 pace overall.

| Was on this 20 miler solo. Got boring a few times, and there was a pretty strong headwind for my first 7-8 miles, and it was nearly all uphill (gradual). I left from Grace, ID and ran to Soda Springs and then back. Felt pretty good at 15, so I opened up my stride a little and sped up the pace.
