Solid run with Chad, Scott, and Reed. Our first two miles were around 8 min pace. Which I wasn't complaining about since it was the first run after the weekend. We still finished the 10 mile run at a 7:20 overall pace. Starting to feel stronger and the fitness level is increasing.

You guys must have been moving to get the avg pace down like that after the first 2 slower miles.
